Bernard Tan is a chartered accountant by training and also holds an MBA in finance from McGill University, and a degree in commerce from the University of British Columbia. He has over 20 years of progressive business experience in the area of financial reporting and has worked with various medium and large Canadian and U.S. public corporations in the areas of accounting, corporate finance and regulatory reporting.

He is currently the CEO of RE Royalties in Vancouver.
