CIM’s Mentorship Program seeks to connect post‐secondary students and recent grads from mining and mining-related disciplines with industry mentors to facilitate knowledge transfer, reduce student attrition, develop future leaders, and provide every opportunity for students to have a successful and rewarding career in the mining, metallurgy and materials engineering industry.
